After working for a large organization for 40 years, Trey decided he wanted a change of pace. With CrossFit as his favorite hobby and a whole lot of boldness, he decided to open up his own gym. Eager to spread his CrossFit passion to others, he says “no matter the outcome, there will be no cubicles. No ties. No suits. Just lots of t-shirts, shorts, chalk clouds and high-fives.”
